The 2022 academic year is off to an exciting start for one of Kaap Agri’s bursary holders, Lelethu Sodlulashe. The Grade 12 Swartland High School learner was recently appointed Head Girl of
her school.
“Lelethu has been an outstanding recipient of our bursary programme since 2018 when she was in Grade 8. We’re so proud of how she manages an excellent balance between outstanding academic results and her sporting and cultural pursuits which include netball, hockey, athletics, choir singing and public speaking. We’ve come to know Lelethu as a determined, resilient individual and know that she will make a success of her new role as Head Girl of her school,” says Kaap Agri’s Senior Manager: Legal & Sustainability, Satish Bhoola.
Lelethu says she’s excited to start this new chapter and she’s ready to take on her new role. “It was an emotional moment when I first received the news, but I’ve worked hard and I’m confident that I will make a success of it. I feel truly honoured to be named Head Girl of my school and look forward to continuing my journey with Kaap Agri.”
